I have been blocked by a seller due to leaving less than 5 stars, supposedly left 1 or 2 stars for all categories. I am quite upset as I was very pleased with the transaction and the items I received so if I left less than 5 stars I most certainly did not mean to. I would like to fix the "mistake" In fact, I do not recollect ever giving less than 5 stars to anything, even if I was not pleased. I am just wondering, with all the talk about drop shipping if my seller is doing this to me. I won a bid on the 5th of feb, and this morning I get a note the purse went out but from hong kong as she is on a buisness trip. She gave me site and tracing number to trace. But wouldnt it be more expensive to ship from hong kong then Arizona, where the item is from ? (More)

I bought two items from a seller on Nov 29, 2009. Despite numerous emails from me, and emails from them saying that they would give me a reduced shipping rate, they did not. I paid anyways, and want to leave feedback but can't seem to. The items are in my 'bought' section of My eBay but when I click on 'leave feedback' it says that I can't because the item number no longer exists. What's up with that? Thanks! (More)

Hello, I am chewing my finger nails down to the bone, wondering what can I do to better protect myself from collectors who want full refunds on Limited Edition hard to find items. I'm getting excuses of damage or accusations of scotch taping items when I can assure myself and all my customers they are well packed and that I would not misrepresent my item descriptions. Hi All - I'm thinking about selling some of my old vinyl LP's. Does anyone know where to obtain, in western Canada, affordable mailing boxes to ship LP records in? I've checked on ebay and all the sellers are USA based and shipping cost is high. I figure there must be some company in western Canada that sells them closer to home, which might help keep the shipping cost down. If anyone knows of a western Canadian supplier, please let me know. For about the last 6 months I have been purchasing .925/sterling silver chains from overseas. While leaving feedback for a received shipment on Jan. 21, I noticed that a seasoned buyer had left feedback earlier in the day for 3 sterling silver chain items also purchased from the same supplier. In all 3 cases the buyer stated that the chains received were not sterling silver, but silver plated. His chains were returned for refund. I am very concerned because I have purchased many silver... After an auction ended I sent this seller about 6 invoice requests (not all on one day of course) and he didnt respond to a single one. He didnt even bother returning any of my messages (and they were all polite & respectful). As of now I still havnt received an invoice from him. I do have it on my record that I did send him about 6 invoice requests. He filed an unpaid dispute with me today. I did immediately paid for the item. Is there anything I should worry about? (More)

Hello! I registered as a seller the other day but cannot access the "Buyer Preference (where I can block buyers who have strikes, or no paypal etc.) I also cannot download "Sellers Dashboard" either. Do I have to list something for these to be available to me? ... When I click my "Account" tab and click on Site preference it does no give my the Buyer Requirements...I hope someone can help, as I'm anxious to do some listings. Thank-you! (More)

Anyone else having this issue? My Jan 1 to Jan 31 invoice has no been received. My current fees usually cut off and start anew on the first of the month. But it is still accumulating. I think they changed my billing period. With the new fee structure, I did sign up for a free store upgrade to Premium on Jan 26 or 27.
